Mr. Arnold has practiced law more than thirty (30) years in Wyoming and more than twenty (20) years in Utah. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Wyoming and Utah and is admitted to practice before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, both in Denver. Mr. Arnold has filed more than 2,500 bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7, 11 and 13, while representing clients in matters appealed to the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Mr. Arnold served on the Wyoming Bankruptcy Court's Rules Committee from 2009 through 2012 and was lead instructor at a Continuing Legal Education seminar presented to the Teton County Bar Association.
