liability litigation, divorce and domestic relations matters, simple and complex
bankruptcy cases, financial and commercial litigation and matters relating to forming
and managing businesses.
In 2020 and 2019, Thomson-Reuters ranked Mr. Arnold in the top 5% of attorneys
practicing law in the Mountain West by designating him a Super Lawyer. Mr. Arnold

Mr. Arnold has appeared in multiple state and federal courts in Wyoming and Utah and
is is a member of the Wyoming Bar and Utah Bar, as well as a member of the Federal
Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Arnold has been recognized as
a Fellow by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now the American Association
for Justice).
Mr. Arnold has practiced law for more than forty (40) years in Wyoming and for more
than twenty (20) years in Utah. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal
courts in Wyoming and Utah and is admitted to practice before the Tenth Circuit Court of
Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, both in Denver. Mr. Arnold
has filed 3,800 bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7, 11 and 13, while representing
clients in matters appealed to the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Mr. Arnold
served on the Wyoming Bankruptcy Court's Rules Committee from 2009 through 2012
and was lead instructor at a Continuing Legal Education seminar presented to the Teton
County Bar Association.
Mr. Arnold’s great-grandfather, Constantine “C.P.” Arnold of Laramie was the first
President of the Wyoming State Bar, being elected to that office in 1915 at the state
bar’s organizational meeting in Cheyenne. Mr. Arnold is the fourth generation attorney
from his family to be admitted to the Wyoming State Bar.
